Start Assessment is where payment, scheduling, intake, and qualification happen. That separation protects positioning, preserves conversion quality, and keeps the process structured.

User lands on the assessment page.
Step 2 — Payment / Commitment
Paid assessment or deposit filters for serious clients.
Step 3 — Scheduling
Immediately after payment, user is redirected to calendar booking.
Step 4 — Intake Form
Sent after scheduling and reinforced in the confirmation email.
Step 5 — Completion Before Visit
Intake must be completed before the appointment.
