Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ProAging Longevity Lab & Vitality Center collects, uses, stores, and shares information through the website, checkout, and post-payment intake process.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This page is an implementation-ready draft for attorney review. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by healthcare and privacy counsel before publication or operational reliance.

Who Is Involved

ProAging Longevity Lab & Vitality Center is the Florida-facing service and business entity for the assessment experience.

Violetek is the Texas-based developer and technology provider that may process, store, access, transmit, or support submitted information as part of operating the website and related infrastructure.

Information Collected Before Payment

Before payment, the checkout flow may collect name, email, phone, program interest, readiness information, access code, consent text, checkout metadata, Stripe session ID, payment status, amount, currency, and related payment-session details. Stripe processes card and payment information. ProAging and Violetek do not intentionally collect full card numbers through the website.

Information Collected After Payment

After a paid Stripe session is confirmed, the intake flow may collect detailed assessment information, including identity details, date of birth, sex at birth, contact information, emergency contact, goals, health history, conditions, medications, supplements, labs, biomarkers, body composition, nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, cognitive performance, wearable data, uploaded documents, electronic signature, consent acknowledgments, and policy acceptance records.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to process payment, confirm paid assessment eligibility, receive and review intake materials, prepare for the assessment, communicate with clients, maintain records, troubleshoot the website, protect against fraud or misuse, and comply with legal, payment, operational, and professional obligations.

Service Providers

The site may use Stripe for payment processing and checkout metadata; AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and SES for application hosting, storage, uploads, and email notifications; and scheduling or communication tools when linked from the website. Detailed health assessment responses and uploaded records are submitted after payment through the intake flow and should not be sent to Stripe.

Storage, Security, and Retention

Information may be stored in secure cloud infrastructure with access controls and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or cloud storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Retention periods, deletion procedures, and any medical-record requirements should be finalized with counsel and reflected in operating procedures.

Privacy Rights and Legal Review

Depending on residency and applicable law, clients may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about data sharing. Florida, Texas, HIPAA/business associate, and other state privacy or medical-record obligations must be reviewed by qualified counsel.
