Refund Policy
This policy describes the payment and refund terms for the ProAging Assessment and post-payment intake process.

Assessment Fee
The ProAging Assessment fee is $750. Payment is collected through Stripe before the detailed health assessment intake is completed.
Non-Refundable Fee
The $750 ProAging Assessment fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the assessment process, intake review, and onboarding preparation. Payment does not guarantee acceptance into a ProAging Longevity Lab & Vitality Center program.
Initial Laboratory Testing Credit
Upon enrollment in a recommended ProAging program, up to $500 may be applied toward the initial laboratory testing ordered or approved by Dr. Michael J. as part of program onboarding, consistent with the checkout acknowledgment and any final written program terms.
No Obligation to Enroll
Completing payment and intake does not obligate the client to enroll in a ProAging program. The client may choose not to proceed after the assessment process, but the ProAging Assessment fee remains non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or separately agreed in writing.
Refund Requests and Chargebacks
For a refund request or payment question, contact ProAging. Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy, applicable law, and Stripe's payment rules. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
