Disclaimer & Services

Testing, Medications, Supplements, and Outside Services

Testing and recommendations are individualized. Not every diagnostic study, medication, supplement, hormone, peptide, or intervention is appropriate for every client.

Laboratory testing, DEXA scans, VO₂ testing, imaging, specialty consultations, prescription medications, supplements, and other outside services may involve separate fees unless specifically identified as included in the program agreement.

Certain testing and services may be completed through third-party clinical or performance partners. Physician interpretation and strategic management remain centralized through ProAging Longevity Lab & Vitality Center.

ProAging programs do not replace primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or treatment by an appropriate medical specialist.

Initial Laboratory Testing

Upon enrollment in a recommended ProAging program, up to $500 may be applied toward the initial laboratory testing ordered or approved by Dr. Michael J. as part of program onboarding.

The specific testing selected will depend on the client’s health history, goals, existing laboratory results, and physician recommendations.

Follow-up laboratory testing, including testing performed at approximately 90 days, genetic testing, imaging, body-composition testing, cardiorespiratory testing, medications, supplements, and other third-party services may involve additional charges unless specifically identified as included in the written program agreement.

Placement

How Program Placement Is Determined

Program placement is based on the findings of the Comprehensive Precision Longevity Assessment.

Dr. Michael J. considers the client’s health status, goals, performance demands, clinical complexity, existing data, implementation needs, and desired level of physician oversight before recommending a program.

The client may then review the recommendation, program investment, services, expectations, and enrollment terms before deciding whether to proceed.

Investment

Program Recommendation and Investment

Program recommendations and investment are reviewed after the Comprehensive Precision Longevity Assessment.

The assessment allows Dr. Michael J. to understand your goals, current health status, performance constraints, clinical complexity, and required level of oversight before recommending the appropriate program.

Program pricing is not displayed publicly because the recommended level of service is determined only after the assessment and physician review.
